Deputies with the Noble County Sheriff’s Department found over two pounds of marijuana in a Cromwell home Wednesday night.

Just before 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, officers received word about a substantial amount of illegal drugs at the home located at 3757 N 900 West. Officers arrived at the residence and immediately could smell marijuana, according to WOWO.

After receiving consent from the home owners, deputies found about two and half pounds of marijuana and several items of paraphernalia.

40-year-old Donald Golden and 39-year-old Margaret Golden were both arrested and taken into to the Noble County Jail. They are each facing a possession of marijuana charge.

It’s not the first time this house has been targeted for a drug raid, according to HomeFacts.
