South Bend State of the City address to be delivered by Pete Buttigieg on Tuesday night

South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg is set to deliver the annual state of the city address at IU South Bend on Tuesday night, Feb. 23.

The speech will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the performance hall on the main level of Northside Hall at IUSB. Free public parking is available in the lot off of 20th Street. A reception will be held outside the hall after the speech.

The public is invited to watch the speech live at IUSB and attend the reception afterwards. Anyone who is not able to attend the speech can watch it live on Michiana Access TV, which is channel 99 on Comcast and AT&T.
