Walmart recalls nearly 10,000 cases of apple juice

(95.3 MNC)
Walmart is recalling almost 10,000 cases of apple juice sold at its stores across the country. The batch of Great Value brand apple juice was found to have potentially dangerous levels of arsenic.
The recall was originally announced by the FDA on August 15th, but was updated to a more urgent level Friday.
The FDA said the apple juice could cause minor health issues temporarily, but it is not likely to cause serious problems.
It was sold in 25 states in the central and eastern parts of the country, as well as D.C. and Puerto Rico. The state of Indiana is included in the voluntary recall.
