The Fighting Irish Hockey team will take on Penn State at Wrigley Field in what’s being called the “Frozen Confines.”

The hockey game is set for Jan. 3, 2025.

The trip to Wrigley Field is the fourth outdoor game appearance for the program in the modern era.

The hockey team previously played at Soldier Field, Fenway Park and Notre Dame Stadium.” Four other Big Ten teams will take the ice at Wrigley Field, as well.

General public tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. CDT Friday, Aug. 30. at www.Cubs.com/BigTenHockey
