A Bristol man has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

32-year-old Joshua Tinsley is charged with aggravated battery, involuntary manslaughter and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon after an argument that happened in July of last year.

Reports say police were called to Ox Bow Drive for a fight Tinsley and 40-year-old Beau Raber, who had told Tinsley he wasn’t welcome at the home.

The Goshen News says Tinsley allegedly began punching Raber several times, causing him to fall, and then continuing to punch him.

Family members say Raber didn’t move much during the few days after the fight due to the pain, and when they went back to the property a few days later, Raber was found dead with an autopsy revealing injuries from the fight that caused his death.

Tinsley’s sentencing is scheduled for late September.
