The Berrien County Road Department is looking for information on damage caused to a road south of Three Oaks.

A small sentient of Phillips Road was ripped apart, though the department is unsure of who or what caused the issues.

They say it appears some piece of heavy equipment used to till soil may have been dragged across the road. As it is a rural area with a lot of farm fields nearby.

The road has already been repaired, but the department is looking to find the cause of the samage.

They say if the person responsible were to be identified, insurance would likely cover the cost of the repair. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the road department.
