South Shore Line looking for input from riders

The South Shore Line is looking for riders to take a survey to address concerns and take suggestions.
They issued a letter in response to recent issues they’ve been facing with service disruptions.
The most recent disruption was caused by a gas leak. In the letter, they explained that they look to minimize the disruptions, though busing around the gas leak was not an option due to a lack of drivers available.
They say riders were given the latest updates from NIPSCO, though times provided seemed to be overly optimistic.
You can provide input through the survey link here.
