Illegal dumping continues at Goshen’s recycling center

Illegal dumping led to the closure of two Elkhart County recycling centers a couple of years ago and there’s concern it could happen to Goshen’s recycling center.
Goshen’s Director of Public Works and Utilities confirmed that illegal dumping is happening at this site.
This, despite rule reviews, warnings from the city and security cameras recording such incidents, and fines more than two dozen $175 dollar fines that have been issued.
The Goshen News reports that city staff are frustrated with the mess caused by people scavenging from the containers, which security cameras have documented.

People are pigs and don’t care about rules/laws. Majority never face consequences so they do whatever they want. Same people that throw their trash out of their car windows. Society has become a place where so many have zero respect for their fellow neighbors.
