The 55th annual Middlebury Summer Festival, featuring one of the larger festival parades throughout all of Indiana, is set for Friday and Saturday, June 21 and 22.

The roster of events include monster trucks, kids activities, musical entertainment, great food, a 5k and one mile run, and family-friendly times.

There is a note for drivers:  State Road 13 will be closed to allow for the grand procession of parade float entries, which include everything from RVs to horse-drawn entries to homemade floats, and floats promoting local businesses and organizations.
