Work to begin on several Twin Branch Area roads

(Jon Zimney/95.3 MNC)

The City of Mishawaka will begin work on several Twin Branch Area roads on Tuesday.

They’ll be working on utility and right-of-way improvements as part of the CSO-020 Project.

Vistula Rd. between Terry Lane and Charles Street will be closed to all traffic from June 4 through 16, and Charles St. from Lincolnway East to Vistula Road will be restricted to thru traffic only from the 4th through 16th.

They’ll also be conducting sewer pipe cleaning in preparation for pipelining installations.

The intersection of Bittersweet Rd. and Vistula Rd. will also have lane restrictions and turn restrictions during the cleaning process. Barricades and signage will be in place during the closures, but plan for alternate routes.
