Goshen man arrested after driving with over three times legal alcohol limit in system

A Goshen man was arrested after driving with more than three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
Officers were called just before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27, to the 600 Block of West Lincoln Avenue where they found Daniel Franco, 31, slumped over the wheel, with the vehicle in gear, blocking the roadway.
Franco completed standardized field sobriety tests and provided a preliminary breath sample of .284.
He was taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
