Michigan’s Secretary of State is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to decide on the ballot eligibility of former President Donald Trump.
The former president is currently appealing a decision in Colorado, where justices voted to keep him off the ballot for violating a constitutional insurrection clause. Republicans in the state are arguing that voters should decide on Trump’s political future, rather than courts or state election officials.
Bridge Michigan reports that Democrat Jocelyn Benson has requested “a thorough and decisive ruling” on Trump’s ballot status. The candidate himself is also asking the nation’s highest court to weigh in.

I am asking the SCOTUS to rule on Benson’s treason and election fraud.
