A Niles man is facing prison time after pleading guilty to resisting and obstructing police.

59-year-old Todd Wilson of Niles was sentenced to 12 months to two years in prison.

Leader Publications says he also pleaded guilty to assault and battery and impaired driving on the same occasion, and no contest to indecent exposure on another occasion.

The first incident happened on June 3 of 2023, while the indecent exposure incident happened on July 9 when he urinated in someone else’s yard.

Wilson is getting treatment and says he would like to remain in therapy to deal with his anger issues.
