Edwardsburg man charged with arson after farmhouse fire on M-62

An Edwardsburg man has been arrested in connection with a fire at a farmhouse on M-62 near Edwardsburg.

The blaze happened on Monday, Dec. 18.

Crews from Edwardsburg, Clay Fire Territory, and Cleveland Township were all called to the scene.

Joshua Lynn Walk, 49, is charged with second-degree arson, preparation to burn real property, and malicious destruction of property.

He could be sentenced to as many as four decades in prison if convicted on all counts against him.
