One person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in South Bend.

Officers were called around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, to the 1100 block of Beale Street.

The male victim died due to his injuries.

So far, there is no word of any suspects or arrests.

This case remains under investigation by the South Bend Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit.
