Niles teen facing prison time after pleading guilty to robbery charges

It’s prison time for a Niles teen who robbed two people of $17.

The teen is said to have had no prior criminal record.

19-year-old Clenzie Kyles IV pleaded guilty to unarmed robbery and was sentenced to 19 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 160 days already served.

He also pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon, according to Leader Publications.

They say the incident happened on May 30 at Plym Park in Niles.

Kyles has apologized for his actions and reportedly said that the time he has spent in jail has helped him change his life for the better.
