Benton Harbor man sentenced for Galien break-in

A Benton Harbor man was sentenced for a break-in that happened in August.

It happened in the town of Galien.

43-year-old Matthew Mark Holub pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a building with intent to commit larceny, according to Leader Publications, as well as pleaded guilty to possession of meth.

He was sentenced to 30 month to 10 years in prison for breaking and entering as well as 23 months to 10 years on the meth charge.

Leader Publications also says that Holub pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of malicious destruction of trees, grass and landscaping.
