An investigation is happening after a man was killed in a house fire in Constantine Township Thursday night.

The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan says authorities were dispatched on reports of a structure fire in the 13000 block of Riverside Drive around 10 p.m. and that upon arrival, the residence had already been fully engulfed in flames.

A 66-year-old man was removed from the building and pronounced dead at the scene.
