Indiana University South Bend is considering reorganizing their school structure from five schools and colleges downgrading it to just two.
IUSB Chancellor Susan Elrod cited cutting administrative costs as a primary factor in exploring the decision.
This plan is in tandem with IUSB’s declining student enrollment.
In the restructuring the college would only have two colleges, one covering studies like business, education, and health, while the second one focuses on arts, and sciences.
