Police are still looking into the details that led to the discovery of a missing man in a Goshen retention pond.

Manuel Munoz Diaz, 43, was discovered at the Keystone RV Plant on Elders Drive Monday night, May 20.

Toxicology testing is underway but police say foul play is not suspected at this time.
