False alarm in Tennessee as investigation into Delphi girls murders continues

A false alarm of sorts went off in the search for the killer of two Delphi teens.

The search for the killer of Abigail Williams and Liberty German continues, and all eyes on the investigation were quickly shifted to Bledsoe County, Tennessee this weekend. That’s because of a Facebook post Sunday that stated that the FBI was searching in southern Tenneseee for the suspect who killed the two girls in February of last year.

That post has since been taken down and replaced with a post clarifying that the suspect has not been seen in Bledsoe County or anywhere else in Tennessee.

The search for the killer has gone nationwide. Investigators told the Indy Star they believe the killer probably has killed before and will probably kill again.
