A 62-year-old man accused of multiple burglaries may soon be offering a guilty plea.

Documents say police were called on January 3 regarding a suspicious individual near Speedway in Goshen.

Officers found a man inside a nearby fence, though the man attempted to flee.

After locating the man, he was identified as Vence Allen and was also identified as the suspect in a December 28 burglary at Forest River.

Allen’s attorney indicated they reached an agreement with the state, leading to the rescheduling of his trial status conference now set for October 10.
