Bad cop in Indianapolis in trouble with the law again

A cop in Indianapolis already in trouble with the law has been arrested again.

Kamal Bola was arrested back in earlier this month accused of child molesting and sexual misconduct with a minor. Well, now he’s back in jail having been arrested in Hendricks County for violating the conditions of a protection order.

Bola was released from jail last Wednesday, Sept. 18 after posting the $30,000 needed or bail.

On Tuesday morning Bola was seen by a witness outside a home in Avon near a bus stop for kids in the neighborhood. That witness told police Bola attempted to cover his face and then sped off after having been seen. The witness got several pictures of his SUV as he drove off.

Bola was arrested and booked again soon after that. Bola is still employed by Indianapolis Metro Police, but Chief Chris Bailey has recommended to the Civilian Police Merit Board that he be fired.

Bola is due to appear in court for a jury trial on Nov. 12 in Hendricks Superior Court
