Shots fired incident leads to hospitalization of 19-year-old in Goshen

In the early hours of Monday, Sep. 16, Goshen police responded to a report of gunshots near Plymouth Avenue and S. 15th Street. The call, which came in around 3:30 a.m., prompted officers to search the area for any signs of criminal activity. However, no suspects or evidence of shots fired were immediately found.
Shortly after, Goshen Hospital notified dispatch that a 19-year-old man had been admitted with gunshot wounds. Officers quickly arrived at the hospital to take a statement from the injured individual. The victim was later transferred to Memorial Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.
So far, no suspects have been identified.
