Lake Wawasee resident received threatening letter after posting about Trump boat parade

A Lake Wawasee resident has received a threatening letter shortly after posting about a Trump boat parade in a local Facebook group he helps manage.
The letter, filled with hostile language, warned him that he was being watched, called him derogatory names, and demanded that he cancel the event within two weeks.
WSBT reports that Daryl Elliot reported the incident to the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department, which is now investigating.
He says this letter has made him aware about how negative the political climate is. Despite the threat, the Trump 2024 Boat Parade is still scheduled for Sep 1.
