City officials in Dowagiac have drafted an update to their plan for the Parks and Recreation Department, and they’re looking for community input.

The plan lays out a five year framework for decisions and development, according to WSJM, designed to improve the quality of life for residents and maintain and environment that supports local business while also increasing visitor attraction.

A public meeting will be held on September 3 at Dowagiac Middle School.
