Delphi murders defense team wants sanctions for organization

95.3 MNC News
The defense team in the Delphi murders trial wants sanctions for the prosecution in how evidence has been organized, or rather disorganized.
During a court hearing on Tuesday they said trying to look through 26 terabytes of evidence could be compared to finding a needle in a haystack.
The defense wants sanctions for the disorganization. The prosecution believes it’s a non issue.
The first motion filed was to get suspect Richard Allen out of solitary confinement.
Allen’s defense team also said they had to go to Georgia to get a picture they believe proves Allen’s innocence.
They say it was given to Indiana State Police at the beginning of the investigation in 2017, but the cops no longer have the picture.
Allen is accused of killing Abby Williams and Libby German in 2017.
