More information released regarding man involved in Elkhart standoff

There’s more information about the man at the center of a four-hour standoff in Elkhart.
SWAT Team officers were called around 8:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 28, to the 100 block of Witmer Avenue on the report of a domestic disturbance.
On arrival, they found a woman outside of the home. They smoked the man out of the house by using gas canisters after several hours. Now, Dolby, 55, faces preliminary charges of Domestic Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Intimidation.
His bond was set at $75,000.
