MSP District commander, others under investigation for alleged policy violation

A Michigan State Police 5th District commander in Paw Paw is on administrative leave and an assistant commander and a lieutenant are also under investigation.
The assistant commander is temporarily assigned outside the district, while the lieutenant remains on duty within the district.
Lieutenant Chuck Christenson is the acting commander during the investigation.
Details on what policy, or policies, were violated has not been disclosed, but the state police says all misconduct allegations are thoroughly investigated.
