Arrest made in connection with I-80/94 shooting

An arrest has been made in connection with a shooting that happened in June.

Detectives served an arrest warrant in the 7000 block of Birch Ave. in Hammond earlier this week, arresting 35-year-old Darrell Graham from Chicago. It happened as a result of the shooting that happened on June 3 along I-80/94 in Hammond.

Reports say a juvenile sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to their lower extremities during the shooting.

Graham is being held at the Lake County Jail and is being charged with Attempted Murder.

Multiple Battery charges and Criminal Recklessness.
