City of Elkhart’s next Let’s Talk Tuesday event set for July 23

The City of Elkhart invites the community to the next Let’s Talk Tuesday on July 23rd at the Elkhart County Health Department starting at 6:30 pm. Let’s Talk Tuesday aims to foster connections and conversations among residents of Elkhart, providing a platform for open dialogue and engagement within the community. Residents are encouraged to share their ideas, concerns with Mayor Rod Roberson, their City Council representatives, and Department Heads.

Let’s Talk Tuesday will take place on select Tuesday evenings at various locations throughout the Elkhart, offering residents the opportunity to come together, share ideas, and discuss important issues facing our community. This initiative is designed to promote unity, understanding, and collaboration among Elkhart residents.

 

“Let’s Talk Tuesday is an important way for all of to connect to contribute to a stronger Elkhart,” said Mayor Rod Roberson.

 

All meetings will begin at 6:30 pm. Dates include:
  • April 23rd – 2nd District with Councilman Chad Crabtree at Matterhorn Catering- 2041 Cassopolis (PAST)
  • May 28th- 4th District with Councilman Dwight Fish at Tolson Center- 1320 Benham Avenue (PAST)
  • June 25th- 1st District with Councilman Aaron Mishler at Lexington Event Center- 112 E. Lexington (PAST)
  • July 23rd- 6th District with Councilwoman LaTonya King at Health Department- 600 Oakland Street
  • August 27th-5 District with Councilman Brent Curry at Concord Event Center-3719 Main Street
  • September 24th- 3rd District Councilman David Henke at Boardwalk Community Room-2105 Oslo Road

 In addition, At-Large Council Members will also be in attendance Arvis Dawson, Alex Holtz and Tonda Hines.

Residents of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to participate in Let’s Talk Tuesday and help shape the future of our city.
