One person detained after robbery at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union

One person has been detained in connection with a credit union robbery investigation in South Bend.

It was around 4 o’clock, Wednesday afternoon, when South Bend Police responded to the report of a robbery at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union in the 3400 block of Portage Avenue.

Through a preliminary investigation and the processing of evidence, an individual has been detained in connection with this case.

There was no report of any injuries during the heist.
