Three people shot at Prosper Apartments in South Bend, one killed

The South Bend Police Department is investigating a shooting with multiple victims at Prosper Apartments.
It was just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, June 30, when South Bend Police were called to the 200 block of Rue Flambeau on the report of a shooting.

One of the three people wounded in the shooting has died as a result of his injuries.

This remains an active and ongoing investigation by the South Bend Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call our Detective Bureau at 574-235-9263. Additionally, anonymous tips that lead to an arrest in this case could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,500 from Michiana Crime Stoppers’ anonymous tip service by calling 574-288-STOP.
