The man accused of attacking his uncle after accusing him of sleeping with his mother won’t serve much of his sentence in prison.
36-year-old Doug Streetman was initially charged with burglary resulting in bodily  injury, intimidation, criminal mischief and domestic battery, though he pleaded guilty to burglary, intimidation and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Streetman reportedly entered his uncle’s home in February last year by breaking the window. The Goshen News says his uncle reported being punched in the face several times and that Streetman had threatened to kill him.
Streetman was sentenced to eight years with two being served at the Indiana Department of Corrections, two on home detention and four on reporting probation.
