Two women injured in Mishawaka stabbing

A grievance between two women led to a stabbing in Mishawaka.
Officers were called around 11:20 p.m. on Monday, May 13, to Beacon Hospital in Granger, where they met with a 24-year-old woman who was being treated for three stab wounds. Her injuries were not life threatening.
While officers were at the hospital, another call came in for a second injured woman. The 23-year-old was calling from the Quality Inn hotel on University Drive. She was battered and suffered minor facial injuries.
Police say both women know one another. At this time, neither is in custody.  Factors into the case are still being investigated.
