Special Olympics, South Bend Cubs team up for Polar Plunge fundraiser

Special Olympics Indiana is celebrating 25 years of their Polar Plunge fundraiser. This year, the organization aims to raise $1 million dollars between now and March 2.
Special Olympics is teaming up with the South Bend Cubs to Host the Polar Plunge on Saturday, February 24th.
The 8th annual fundraiser will be held at Four Winds Field and those who donate to the South Bend Cubs plunge will be entered to win a gameday prize pack.
Those who raise the minimum $99 dollars for will receive an official Polar Plunge event t-shirt and cup, with additional prizes and incentives offered to those who raise more.
Those who go beyond by raising a minimum of $4,000 are eligible to be recognized as Super Plungers. As many as 17 people earned that distinction last year.
