Buchanan city commissioner Dan Vigansky has been relieved of some committee responsibilities.

This, after complaints were filed against him ranging from a civil rights violation and alleged interference with an ongoing investigation.

Vigansky insists he won’t resign, despite being asked to do so and he says he’s not afraid of any sort of legal action attempted by the State of Michigan.

WSBT reports he’s also filed complaints against the other commissioners for allegedly violating the open meetings act
