Two people apprehended with armed robbery at Roseland apartment complex

Two individuals were apprehended in connection with an armed robbery at a Roseland apartment complex.
It happened around 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19, at University Edge Apartments.
Roseland Police say the victim tried to sell a firearm and met with the buyers, who pulled their own weapons, then forcefully took the victim’s gun.
As they fled the scene, one of them discharged a firearm in the direction of the victim.
Police traced the suspects to a nearby residence and arrested them.
A search warrant uncovered the stolen firearm and other guns believed to be involved in the heist.
