Chick-fil-A could be coming to Elkhart.

The zoning process has started and if it’s approved, then Chick-fil-A will be coming to town.

The plan is to build is in the 2700 block of Cassopolis Street, where DaVinci’s Italian Restaurant is.

The Benton Charter Township is also approving steps for Chick-fil-A construction in Benton Harbor.

This restaurant will be in the 1900 block of Pipestone Road, where the old Stake N’ Shake was.

Construction is expected to start in the spring and open by the fall.
