The Tolson Center for Community Excellence is proud to announce the official grand opening celebration of the new 30,000 square foot Tolson Center, located at 1320 Benham Ave. Elkhart, IN 46516, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 3pm-7pm. The public is invited to attend the celebration.

The Tolson Center is a reimagined community centerpiece that will provide educational, recreational, career development, health and wellness, mentorship, public meeting spaces and more. The modern center is designed to engage a diverse population from youth to seniors.

The grand opening festivities will include a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 3pm, self-guided tours, light refreshments from 3:15pm-5:00pm, and a short program starting at 5pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about programming, talk to staff and explore the center.
