Elkhart Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man they’re looking for in connection with a theft investigation. They say several thousand dollars’ worth of property was ripped off from the 800 block of East Beardsley Avenue in late October. The man has dark hair and is seen on a green-colored bicycle.
