The man who police say shot and killed a woman in Baroda Township has been identified.
David Lee Mabry, 60, was arraigned, on Monday, June 19, on an open murder charge as well as a count of felony firearm, one day after the deadly shooting.
Investigators say a 57-year-old woman and her husband were on their patio when the suspect, Mabry pulled a gun and shot her.
The woman’s husband and Mabry got into a struggle and the husband was able to get the gun away from the man who then took off.
