Two dead after crash between car, two motorcycles

Two men are dead after a crash between a car and two motorcycles in Van Buren County.

It happened around 11:15 Friday night when a car was found on fire after hitting a tree and two motorcycles.

The 39-year-old driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene and a 30-year-old Lawrence man who was on one of the motorcycles died at the hospital.

Another motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

According to police, all three were headed west on Red Arrow Highway when the car hit the bikes from behind and then crashed into the tree.

Look the man from Lawrence that passed away names was James Ray Wilson and the guy that ran him over in car names was Kevin W he was drunk and ran my best friend of 20 years over as if he was nothing well he isn’t he was our everything and he just got home one month ago from a 10 month prison sentence we just got him back he was doing everything right. But that man killed our everything and he got what he deserves.

Kevin Waldron was the only was in this crash that was under the influence of drugs and liquor his aunt let him leave her house with her car smh but no punishment for taking my best friend life that a bunch of crap Jesus please help us
