The case has come to an end between Joy Phillips and the South Bend Police Department.

Wednesday morning, it was announced that a decision was reached last week on an undisclosed amount during a settlement conference in federal court, concluding with “all issues resolved.”

It was also announced last week that the city had been ordered to pay Phillips more than $80,000 after she filed her sexual harassment complaint against the department.

WNDU reports that the case is over.
