There were no injuries reported when a fire broke out at Addison Apartments in Mishawaka.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22.
Crews from the Mishawaka Fire Department were called to the 3300 block of N. Main Street and blocked off the road from Catalpa to Ardennes.
The blaze began in a second-floor bedroom, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.
A family with two children were able to leave safely, ABC 57 reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Main Street was re-opened to traffic a little more than an hour after crews arrived.
