The majority of the outages are in the Michigan part of our listening area. Around 875 are without power in the Buchanan area, 800 in the Benton Harbor area, and about 475 in the Three Rivers Area. I&M also says Three Rivers area will be fully restored by midnight Wednesday, with the Benton Harbor and Buchanan areas restored by noon Thursday.

In Indiana, about 400 customers are without power in both St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties, with 100 out in LaGrange County. I&M says power will be restored to customers in the South Bend and Elkhart area by 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Heavy winds caused damage to poles and crossarms, and upwards of 12,000 customers were without power Tuesday night.
