Amber Pasztor may be getting a visitor that wants to talk about something besides the murder of her two children.

Whitley County Sheriff Marcus Gatton wants to talk to her about the murder of her boyfriend, according to the Elkhart Truth.

Officers found Rene Hernandez a wooded area in Whitley County on Jan. 29, 2010 with his hands duct-taped behind his back. He had been missing for about six weeks. Hernandez and another man were apparently killed in Fort Wayne, then dumped in Whitley County.

Detectives interviewed Amber Pasztor at the time but she wasn’t ever considered a suspect. The lead investigator at the time has since left. A Whitley County detective likely won’t be able to talk to her until Elkhart detectives finish talking to Pasztor about her current predicament.
