The newly renovated Battell Community Center on Main Street in Mishawaka is ready to open its doors.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 5:45 p.m. Monday, according to a press release.
The city began the $3 million major renovation project in 2015.
Improvements include replacing the windows, updating the heating and cooling, plumbing improvements, bringing the balcony of the auditorium up to code, and installing a projector and screen. Also finally, there is now a formal entry on the the north side of the building.
