Power outage in St. Joseph County impacting Penn High School

A power outage in the Mishawaka area impacted Penn High School on Wednesday, May 18.

Indiana Michigan Power reported 363 customers without power in St. Joseph County as of 1:45 p.m. A spokeswoman said all power was restored at 2:17 p.m.

A robocall Penn said told parents that their students are safe and that the school is operating on a generator. Students were not dismissed early.
